By creating an account or using Dexub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Dexub provides a QR code scanning and SMS delivery platform. Users can scan QR codes, decode URLs, and send SMS messages to phone numbers worldwide using prepaid credits.

3. Credits & Pricing

SMS credits are sold at $4.00 USD per credit. One credit allows you to send one SMS message. Credits are prepaid and deducted upon successful delivery.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Dexub to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or bulk messages
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send fraudulent or deceptive content
• Circumvent any platform's SMS verification limits in violation of that platform's terms

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and APIs. Failed sends do not consume credits.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
