All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits never expire and can be used at any time, so we do not offer refunds for unused credits.
If an SMS fails to deliver due to a technical error on our end (not due to an invalid phone number or carrier rejection), your credit will not be deducted. The system only charges credits for successfully sent messages.
